You'll then taste several single origin teas representative of their producing area, we'll cover the tea making traditions and microclimates unique to place, and Anna's favorite brewing techniques to bring out most of each tea. To round things out, expect to also learn a bit about how centuries of Chinese influence, European colonization, and a blend of ethnic traditions have shaped the country's tea landscape.
