Flavor Profile: citrus, fragrant, nutty
Production Area: Fin Ho, Hà Giang and Hồ Tây, Hanoi
Harvested & Blended: April 2023

A pronounced citrus and perfume-y green tea that's distinctly Hanoian.

True flower blended teas are gems that are especially hard to come by these days due to the skill and time it takes to craft. Taste the flavors of this fragrant blend made with freshly picked pomelo flowers and a base of high quality wild (Shan Tuyết) green tea. Pomelo flower blossoms are harvested only for a short period during the spring in Hanoi, making this tea one that you don't want to miss out on!

Wonderful discovery

I had no idea what pomelo blossoms might smell like, but they give the tea a lovely light aroma, a bit like Jasmine, but not as assertive. I especially recommend this if you like Jasmine tea and are looking for a new tea to try.

Refreshing Green Tea

I’m a big fan of the pomelo in this green tea. It adds not just citrus but enhances a lot of the floral notes in the green tea and infuses a bit of sweetness. I usually cold brew a batch and keep it in the fridge for particularly warm days. Though I could honestly drink it any time of the year - delish!

Excellent green tea!

I made a batch of pomelo blossom green tea cold brew the other day. It reminds me of the iced tea that I used to drink growing up in Vietnam. The flavor is fragrant with a deep taste and a nice, lightly sweet aftertaste. The second flush is much lighter but still carries a lot of flavors. A great cold-brew tea for warm summer days.
