A little playfulness for your daily tea (or anything) ritual!
Made in Hà Nội and An Giang in collaboration with Đu Đủ Indigo and Bách Ngộ Atelier, this set of four handcrafted natural linen coasters features playful cat illustrations, dyed with naturally fermented indigo using katazome techniques. Katazome is a traditional Japanese stencil-resist dyeing technique that uses hand-cut paper stencils and a rice-paste mixture to create crisp, repeating patterns on fabric.
Each set includes four unique cat designs in two shades of indigo. Carefully dyed, drawn, and sewn by hand, these coasters bring together a mix of traditional textile craftsmanship and contemporary design, adding a little charm to your tea table.
Meet the Artisans
Đu Đủ Indigo — Botanical Dyeing
Founded in 2015, Đu Đủ is a small botanical dye workshop in Hà Nội dedicated to exploring and preserving the craft of natural dyeing.
