A complex dark tea, also known as fermented tea produced by minority communities, such as Red Dao in the Y Ty commune.
Tea leaves are hand harvested from wild growth forests and undergo a pan-drying, rolling, and sun-drying process. The result of this small batch production is one that reflects the luscious environment it’s made in.
Made in the style of sheng pu-erh, a fermented tea from Yunnan. Sip this robust and earthy tea with gorgeous large leaves that unfurl over the many infusions–truly an electrifying tea that continues to age well!
