Shipping & Returns Policies
All orders are shipped from our New York office Monday through Friday. We carefully prepare and pack your order one at a time and it typically takes 2-3 business days to process. Please allow extra processing time during holidays or peak shopping seasons. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
We offer international shipping! Please email us at anna@annayetea.com and we can sort that out for you directly.
*To receive by Dec 25, please place your orders in by Dec 15 at 11:59pm PST. However keep in mind: we cannot foresee any potential shipping delays and are unable to 100% guarantee your package will arrive before Christmas.
Shipping MethodsWe offer shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. Our shipping rate changes based on the final destination, weight and dimensions of your package.
We are happy to offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on orders over $100.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
If there was an error or any concerns with your order, please contact us at anna@annayetea.com within 30 days of your purchase. If you were not satisfied with your tea, please reach out to us so we can help you find the right tea for you. For any damaged product, please send us a photo of the item along with the order number, and we're happy to send you a replacement!
When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address and recipient information are accurate and complete, and that you’re able to receive packages at the address. We are not responsible for any returned or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once the carrier has picked up the shipment, we are also not responsible for any carrier-related issues.
If your order is returned back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to resend the order to you, however, you are responsible for covering the reshipment cost.
Please note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
